- 12 Oreo Cookies or Chocolate Sandwich Cookies (with cream filling)
- 1/2 Cup Heavy Whipping Cream
- 1/3 Cup Sweetened Condensed Milk
- 1/2 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
Optional (Cookie Sandwich Toppings):
- 1/4 Cup Semi Sweet Chocolate Chips
- 1 Teaspoon Coconut Oil
- 2 Tablespoons Crushed Peanuts
- 2 Tablespoons Sprinkles
Start by separating the cream filling from 12 Oreo cookies. Gently twist the cookies apart and scrape off the cream using a knife or spoon. Set the cream filling aside.
Line a baking sheet or large flat tray with parchment paper. Make sure it fits in your freezer.
In a large mixing bowl, add the heavy whipping cream and vanilla extract. Use an electric mixer or whisk to beat the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. It should be thick and fluffy.

If you choose to add a chocolate coating, melt some chocolate and coconut oil in a microwave-safe bowl or using a double boiler.
Dip one half of each frozen ice cream sandwich into the melted chocolate, then immediately sprinkle with your desired toppings, such as sprinkles, nuts, or any other ice cream topping.
