Whipped Feta Gnocchi
Whipped feta is viral right now and for a good reason! The creaminess and tanginess that this dish delivers is unmatched. Served with the crispy gnocchi it is so delicious and fun to dip! Adding the roasted garlic and tomatoes brings a sweet taste to balance out the tanginess of the whipped feta! Serve this with gnocchi or fresh bread!

Ingredients:
Whipped Feta
- 1 200g Feta Block
- 1/2 Cup Greek Yogurt Plain
- 1/2 Lemon, Zest
- 1/2 Lemon, Juice
- 1/4 Tsp Salt
- 1/4 Tsp Black Pepper
- 1 Tsp Dried Oregano
- 2 Tbs Olive Oil
- 1 Tbs Pure Honey
Roasted Garlic & Tomatoes
- 1 Cup Cherry Tomatoes
- 1 Head Garlic
- 3 Tbs Olive Oil
- 1/2 Tsp Salt
- 1/2 Tsp Black Pepper
Gnocchi
- 1 500g Pack Gnocchi
- 4 Cups Boiling Water
- 1 Tsp Salt
- 2 Tbs Olive Oil
Garnish
- 1 Tsp Oregano
- 1 Tsp Parsley
- 1 Tsp Olive Oil
- 1 Tsp Pure Honey
Instructions:
Whipped Feta
- Start by adding: feta, Greek yogurt, lemon zest, lemon juice, salt, pepper, oregano, olive oil, and honey tons food processor. Blend until you get a smooth consistency with minimal lumps.1 200g Feta Block, 1/2 Cup Greek Yogurt, 1/2 Lemon,, 1/2 Lemon,, 1/4 Tsp Salt, 1/4 Tsp Black Pepper, 1 Tsp Dried Oregano, 2 Tbs Olive Oil, 1 Tbs Pure Honey
Roasted Garlic & Tomatoes
- Chop the top off a head of garlic.1 Head Garlic
- In an oven safe dish, add cherry tomatoes, and the head of garlic. Drizzle with the 3 Tbs of olive oil and the 1/2 tsp of salt and pepper.2 Tbs Olive Oil, 1 Cup Cherry Tomatoes, 1 Head Garlic, 1/2 Tsp Salt, 1/2 Tsp Black Pepper, 3 Tbs Olive Oil
- Roast in a 350 degree oven for 30 minutes until tomatoes are blistering. Set aside for now.
Gnocchi
- Add 4 cups of water to a large pot and bring a boil. Once gnocchi rises to the top of the water, gnocchi is done. Drain your gnocchi getting rid of pasta water.1 500g Pack Gnocchi
- In a pan add 2 tbs of olive oil and bring to medium heat. Add gnocchi to hot oil pan and stir occasionally until gnocchi pieces reach a golden brown colour.2 Tbs Olive Oil
Assembly
- In a wide bowl or shallow plate start by adding whipped feta in an even layer, spreading it out to the edges.
- Scoop tomatoes and roasted garlic on top of feta. Then add your gnocchi on top as well.
- Garnish with oregano, parsley, olive oil and honey.
- Serve by dipping gnocchi pieces in the whipped feta as if it’s a dip or you could always mix this all together and eat it like a pasta dish.
