Notes + Tips for Avocado Crema

  • Use greek yogurt, sour cream or Mexican crema for this dip. Traditionally, avocado crema takes Mexican crema but this can be really hard to find so I substituted that for Greek yogurt.
  • Substitute parsley for cilantro! If you are like me and don’t like cilantro, substitute it for parsley and it will taste amazing!
  • This dip keeps great in the fridge! It will last up to 4 days in the fridge and you can contnuet to enjoy it all week.

Notes

  • *I like to add the Chulula green hot sauce into this avocado creama. This is completely optional and not necessary.
  • This avocado crema will last up to 5 days in the fridge. Make sure to keep the avocado creama in the fridge since there is dairy in this dip.
