  • 2-4 Jalapeños, finely diced

  • 2 Limes, juiced

  • 1/2 Teaspoon Salt

  • 1/4 Cup Cilantro, minced

  • Torilla chips for dipping 🙂

How To Make Pico de Gallo

Start by finely dicing the tomatoes, onion, jalapeños and the cilantro. Add all the veggies to a bowl.

Juice 2 limes over the tomato mixture and 1/2 teaspoon of salt (to taste), mix the pico de gallo well.

Serve the Pico de Gallo with tortilla chips or on tacos, enjoy! 🙂

Notes + Tips Pico de Gallo

  • Use more or less jalapeños depending on your spice preference. I used 2 jalapeños that were finely diced, use more or less. Tip: if you dont like any spice, juts use green bell peppers instead. 
  • I recommend using white onion. White onion is the best type of onion to use because it is pungent but not too strong and perfect for a raw dish like pico de gallo.
  • Use cilantro or omit it! If you are not a fan of cilantro you can replace it with parsley or just omit it completely.
