- 4 Tomatoes, finely diced
- 1 Medium White Onion, finely diced
- 2-4 Jalapeños, finely diced
- 2 Limes, juiced
- 1/2 Teaspoon Salt
- 1/4 Cup Cilantro, minced
- Torilla chips for dipping :)
Start by finely dicing the tomatoes, onion, jalapeños and the cilantro. Add all the veggies to a bowl.
Juice 2 limes over the tomato mixture and 1/2 teaspoon of salt (to taste), mix the pico de gallo well.
Serve the Pico de Gallo with tortilla chips or on tacos, enjoy! :)
