While the pudding sets, place the chocolate sandwich cookies (Oreo cookies) in a resealable plastic bag. Using a rolling pin or the back of a spoon, crush the cookies into fine crumbs. Set aside.
15-20 Chocolate Cookies (e.g. Oreos)
Take your serving cups (clear cups work great for presentation) and begin by layering the bottom with a generous spoonful of the crushed chocolate cookies. These will resemble the "dirt."
Carefully spoon the chocolate pudding on top of the cookie crumbs, filling the cups about halfway. Repeat these steps by adding another layer of crushed chocolate cookies on top of the pudding. Then, add another layer of pudding, followed by a final layer of crushed chocolate cookies on top.
Take the Milano cookies and use the black icing or icing gel to write "RIP" or other spooky messages on them. Allow the icing to set for a few minutes.
6 Milano Cookies (or any vanilla oval shaped cookies), Black Icing or Black Gel
Insert the Milano cookies vertically into the pudding cups, near the back. They will look like gravestones sticking out of the "dirt." Add your Halloween-themed gummy worms, pumpkins, bones, or any other spooky candy decorations on top of the pudding.
