it sure feels like Easter when you see mini eggs in the stores. These mini egg blondies are simple and scrumptious and they come together in one bowl. Super soft and chewy these will put a smile on your face for sure! :)

Instructions
Start by creaming butter and sugars together in a bowl. Once incorporated, add eggs and vanilla, whisk until you have a smooth consistency.
3/4 Cup Unsalted Butter,,
1 Cup Light Brown Sugar,
1/2 Cup White Sugar,
2 Eggs,
1 Tbs Vanilla Extract
Add flour, baking powder, and salt into your butter egg mixture and fold together until combined.
1 Tsp Baking Powder,
1/2 Tsp Salt,
2 Cups All Purpose Flour
Add mini eggs and white chocolate chips, gently mix together into the dough.*
1 1/2 Cup Mini Eggs,
1/2 Cup White Chocolate Chips
In a greased pyrex baking dish, add your cookie dough and use your fingers to spread out evenly while pushing dough down to make a smooth layer.
Bake in preheated oven at 325 for 40 minutes or until you see the middle has set and edges are golden.
Allow to cool for at least 10 minutes, and enjoy! :)

* You can reserve a handful of mini eggs to add on top if you desire but it is not necessary.
