Ingredients
  

  • 4 Ripe Avocados
  • 1/4 Cup Cocoa Powder
  • 1/4 Cup Chocolate Protein Powder
  • 1/2 Cup Maple Syrup
  • 1/3 Cup Coconut Cream (or Full Fat Coconut Milk)
  • 1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • Pinch Salt
  • Toppings: Whip Cream, Chocolate Chips, Strawberries (or any other toppings of choice)

Instructions
 

  • In a food processor add peeled avocados, maple syrup, coconut cream, cocoa powder, chocolate protein powder, vanilla extract and a pinch of salt. Blend well until there are no lumps and a smooth consistency is created.
  • Add the chocolate pudding to desired container. You can either add them into small individual containers or in one large container.
  • Serve immediately or optionally you can chill for 2 hours* (see notes) before serving. Enjoy with whip cream, strawberries, chocolate chips or any other toppings of choice! :)
