Roasted Seasoned Potatoes

These Roasted Seasoned Potatoes are the perfect side dish to any meat or protein dish! Served well with steak, chicken, pork, salad or anything really! These potatoes are crispy on the outside and soft in the middle. Perfectly seasoned with herbs and spices, these potatoes only take 40 minutes to put together and you will be addicted to how tasty they are!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 1/2 lbs Baby Potatoes
  • 1/4 Cup Olive Oil
  • 1/2 Teaspoon: salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, dried parsley, thyme, rosemary, each

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 400 degrees F.
  • Start by chopping each potato in half then add them to a mixing bowl. Add olive oil and all the spices to the potatoes, mix well.
  • Place the potatoes cut side down so they get nice and crispy. Place in the oven for about 35 minutes or until the potatoes are fork tender. These potatoes are delicious and paired well with my Compound Butter Steak** (check out the recipe!). Enjoy!
