The Best Baked Spinach and Artichoke Dip

This is the best baked spinach and artichoke dip you will ever try! This dip is perfectly creamy, cheesy, and a crowd favourite! This spinach and artichoke dip is loaded with artichokes and spinach and tons of flavour! It is topped with extra cheese on top of course and served with your favourite chips, crackers, or veggies!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 8oz Block Cream Cheese, Softened
  • 1/2 Cup Mayonnaise
  • 1/2 Cup Sour Cream
  • 150g Frozen Spinach, Thawed
  • 1 Can (398mL) Whole Artichoke Hearts, Drained
  • 1 1/2 Cup Mozzarella, Shredded
  • 1/4 Cup Parmesan Cheese, Grated
  • 1/4 Cup Asiago Cheese, Grated
  • 4 Cloves Garlic, Minced
  • 1/4 Salt, Pepper, Onion Powder, Garlic Powder, Dried Parsley, Dried Oregano, Each
  • Tortilla Chips, Crackers, Veggies, To Serve

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
  • Drain the artichoke hearts from the can and chop up the artichoke hearts into small bite size pieces.
  • In a mixing bowl combine, the chopped artichokes, cream cheese, mayo, sour cream, thawed spinach, Parmesan cheese, asiago cheese, minced garlic, all spices and 1 cup of the mozzarella cheese. Save the other 1/2 cup for the top of the dip. Mix the ingredients together well until the cream cheese is fully incorporated.
  • In a baking dish, add the spinach dip mixture and spread out evenly. Top with the remainder 1/2 cup of mozzarella cheese. Place in the oven for 20-25 minutes until you see the cheese is bubbly and the top has a light golden brown colour from the melted cheese.
  • Allow the dip to cool for at least 10 minutes and then dig in with your favourite tortilla chips, crackers or veggies. Enjoy! :)
