Ingredients

  • 1 Cup Butter softened
  • 1 Cup Granulated Sugar
  • ½ Cup Brown Sugar packed
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 2 ½ All Purpose Flour
  • ½ Teaspoon Baking Soda
  • ½ Teaspoon Salt
  • 1 Cup Toffee Bits
  • 1 Cup Semi Sweet Chocolate Chips
  • 1 Cup Pretzels crushed
  • Extra Pretzels for topping

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line two baking sheets with parchment paper or silicone baking mats.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar. Mix until well combined.
1 Cup Butter, 1 Cup Granulated Sugar, ½ Cup Brown Sugar
  • Add the eggs and vanilla extract to the butter-sugar mixture and mix until smooth.
2 Eggs, 1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt.
2 ½ All Purpose Flour, ½ Teaspoon Baking Soda, ½ Teaspoon Salt
  • Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
  • Gently fold in the toffee bits, crushed pretzels, semi-sweet chocolate chips, and milk chocolate chips until evenly distributed in the dough.
1 Cup Toffee Bits, 1 Cup Semi Sweet Chocolate Chips, 1 Cup Pretzels
  • Using a 1/4 cup cookie scoop or by hand, form the dough into equal-sized balls and place them on the prepared baking sheets. Leave enough space between the cookies as they will spread during baking. You may need to bake in batches.
  • Add one pretzel on top of each cookie dough ball. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until the edges are golden brown and the centres are set. The cookies should still be soft.
    Extra Pretzels
  • Remove the cookies from the oven and allow them to cool on the baking sheets for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely. Enjoy! :)
