Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Cut a piece of parchment paper to fit your baking dish so once the blondie is cooked it is easy to remove.
In a large mixing bowl add together, flout, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon. Whisk together.
2 1/4 Cups All Purpose Flour, 1 1/2 Tsp Baking Powder, 1/4 Tsp Salt, 1/4 Tsp Cinnamon
In another bowl add melted butter, light brown sugar, eggs, and vanilla. Whisk together until the eggs are incorporated well.
3/4 Cup Unsalted Butter,, 1 1/2 Cup Light Brown Sugar, 2 Eggs, 1 Tbs Vanilla Extract
Add the wet mixture to the dry ingredients, mix well together until no flour appears. Add the cranberries and white chocolate and mix together.
1/2 Cup Dried Cranberries, 1 Cup White Chocolate Chips
Transfer the cookie batter to your lined baking tray. Press down the dough slightly and spread out evenly. Place in the oven and bake for about 20 minutes or until the edges are golden and a knife comes out clean from the middle of the blondie.
Once the blondie is cooked all the way, allow it to cool for at least 1 hour.
Meanwhile, use an electric mixer to whip the cream cheese. Melt 1/2 the white chocolates chips (so 1/2 cup) and add this to the cream cheese along with powdered sugar, orange zest and vanilla. Whip together until creamy and no lumps appear.
8 oz Cream Cheese,, 1 Tbs Orange Zest, 1 Cup Powdered Sugar,, 1 Cup White Chocolate Chips, 1/2 Cup Dried Cranberries,
Once the blondie is cooled, spread the frosting over top of the bar. Top with dried cranberries and the other 1/2 of the white chocolate chips (melted). Make this the night before serving to allow to cool or if you run out of patience like me, eat them right away! Enjoy! :)
