Try these Roasted Seasoned Potatoes with Compound Butter Steak

These Roasted Seasoned Potatoes are the PERFECT side dish to this Chilli & Roasted Garlic Compound Butter Steak. When I was developing this recipe, I created these potatoes to serve this steak on the side and topped with the delicious compound butter. Try it for yourself!

Notes + Tips

  • Use a high quality oil such as olive oil or avocado oil would work great to roast these potatoes.
  • You can use large potatoes and cut them into 1 1/2 inch cubes instead of using baby potatoes. Potatoes such as white, russet and even red potatoes are great for roasting.
  • Place the potatoes cut side down (if using baby potatoes) to ensure that they gey super crsipy and golden on the edges.
